Smart Inspect is an industry-leading software platform built to make janitorial inspections quick, easy and thorough.
Perform inspections with a handheld PDA device loaded with the Smart Inspect software. Click the device's touch screen display to select locations, buildings, rooms and area types specific to your facilities.
Custom Reporting Website
After completing an inspection on-site, upload data to your custom reporting website.
Once uploaded, you or your customer can view the reports that our clients have told us are most useful.
You'll have access to bar graphs, pie charts and trend charts. You will also have access to administration tools such as a user log-in report and an interactive message board.
Smart Scoring
Smart Inspect uses a 100-point scale.
Items such as desks or carpets are inspected and "scored" as either clean or deficient.
Deficiencies such as soil or dust are recorded and a "Quality Success Percentage" (QSP) is established.
Example:
82 clean items + 18 deficient items = 100 total items inspected
QSP = 82%
